Serpulidae hydroides Dianthus
In this video
Serpulidae hydroides Dianthus belongs to the class of Sedentary Polychaete, order Sabellidae, genus Serpulidae.
It is a Spirograph that lives throughout the Mediterranean, and we find it fixed to the rocky substrates in more or less numerous colonies forming circular-shaped limestone tubes. The corolla, generally white, performs both the function of the respiratory system and the feeding function by capturing the plankton present in the water.
