Mediterranean Cardinalfish, or the King of Mullets (Apogon imberbis), is a cute little orange-red fish that does not exceed 15 cm in length, the body is short and rather robust, with a wide head. The eyes and the mouth are particularly large while the teeth are small and pointed; the eyes are crossed by two lighter horizontal stripes.
